Developed a preliminary engineering report to evaluate and recommend improvement options of the current septic system for 354 properties in Talbot County for MDE and/or USDA grant funding. Report supports the Talbot County Resolution 235 which amended the Talbot County Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan to reclassify and remap certain parcels of land from “Unprogrammed” to “S-1” Immediate Priority Status for sewer service. The PER successfully helped Talbot County receive $1.5M Bay Restoration Funding and a $1.5M Revolving Loan from MDE.
