Created a Safe Streets for All Safety Action Plan that details a holistic, well-defined set of strategies to prevent roadway fatalities and serious injuries. Work included project management and coordination, regional stakeholder coordination, data analysis and statistics, regional public engagement, determination of emphasis areas, crash reduction strategies, prioritization of countermeasures and projects, development of draft and final safety action plan.
