Highway noise analysis and design coordination for SR 1 Expansion Project from Old Mill Pond Road to US 9. Involved TNM model and iterative analysis. Assisted in community interaction during field studies and discussed project goals and potential outcomes with constituents. Worked with DelDOT for refinements to alternatives to minimize community noise impacts.
