Multimodal roadway project in New Castle County to convert two intersections, one stop controlled and the other signalized into two roundabouts to improve traffic operations and safety. The project includes new pedestrian access route facilities throughout the project limits, a culvert replacement, a bridge rehabilitation, scour protection along Red Clay Creek, a new CCTV camera and new lighting throughout the project limits.
