Drafted Baltimore City’s first Complete Streets Manual to provide direction in identifying, screening, prioritizing, designing, and implementing transportation projects. Goal to provide safe, comfortable, and convenient travel options for all users regardless of age; ability; income; race; ethnicity; or mode of transportation.

  • Used a Transportation Equity Gap Analysis to measure transportation equity in Baltimore community populations
