Project to extend Cherry Hill Road on a new alignment that included a new 500′-long bridge over Gwynn’s Falls and a CSX railroad. Permit required wetland creation and enhancement in the floodplain of Gwynn’s Falls. Prepared wetland mitigation design and completed five years of mitigation monitoring and invasive species management.
