Serving as the lead civil engineer for the 700-acre Backbone Mountain solar site in Garrett County, MD. Key design services include site grading of extremely steep mountainside areas, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management (SWM), access road layout, and transmission line alignment, as well as support services to optimize the locations of inverters and a sub-station. Project is under construction. Providing construction phase services including SWM as-built certifications.
