Wallace Montgomery has worked on various alternative methods to deliver transportation Projects for over 25 Years. We understand the risks, challenges, and advantages of Design-Build (DB), Progressive Design-Build, Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR), Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and more. Served as an agent of the Owner to develop bridging documents such as requests for proposals, performance specifications and conceptual project layouts. Supported Owners with their evaluations of Design Builder’s Technical and Price Proposals. Provided construction phase oversight, including design reviews, environmental permitting facilitation, and general consultant oversight. Also served as an agent of the Owner but in close collaboration with the Contractor on CMAR projects.
Separately, we have served as an agent of the Contractor to provide full final design surveying and engineering services through construction. Our professionals also have served as independent quality managers, providing independent reviews. We have supported Contractors with environmental compliance management and construction quality control management and inspection.
