Working closely with the VP’s, they work to execute the company’s mission and set a positive tone and team culture.
Tony has served as a Wallace Montgomery Partner since 2001. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm. Tony directly manages both administrative and technical groups including accounting, marketing, highways and roads, water/wastewater and utilities, planning, transit, and surveying and mapping. Tony holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola College.
Matt has served as a Wallace Montgomery Partner since 2014. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm. Matt directly manages both administrative and technical groups including administrative staff, human resources, IT, traffic, GIS, and construction management. Matt holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Loyola College, a Master of Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
Dave has served as a Wallace Montgomery Partner since 2019. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm. Dave directly manages technical groups including structures, and water resources. Dave holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
