Designer of record on this award-winning project to design and construct Contee Road (now Konterra Drive), a divided four-lane urban arterial road, and its grade-separated partial cloverleaf interchange connection with I-95. Developed cost-effective geometric refinements that allowed for constructing the maximum project scope/limits while minimizing costs and materials and reducing schedule delays.
