Conducted stormwater feature inventory to assist the City of Havre de Grace in the implementation of, and compliance with, its NPDES Phase II permit. Inventory identified and assessed the condition of existing stormwater features, including outfalls, inlets, cross-culverts, and manholes. Work included five years of illicit discharge detection and elimination screenings.
