WM Welcomes Larry Hughes, CCM

Wallace Montgomery is excited to welcome Larry Hughes as an Associate Vice President within our growing CMI/CEI department!

Larry brings a wealth of expertise as a Certified Construction Manager with over 17 years of experience in managing heavy highway construction projects and cultivating elite transportation construction management teams. Known for his leadership and forward-thinking approach, Larry has successfully integrated innovative technology practices with traditional construction methods to create practical and efficient project management procedures.
Larry dedicated 12 years to the Maryland Transportation Authority, where he served as Area Engineer for the William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial Bridge Facility. For five years following MDTA, he served as a Construction Manager within the private sector.
