Wallace Montgomery welcomes Paul S. Ewell, Professional Land Surveyor, as Vice President of Surveys and Mapping.  Paul brings over 36 years of experience in all aspects of land surveying.  He serves as  President of the Maryland Society of Surveyors where he has enacted a Youth Initiative that is focused on bringing young people into the surveying profession. He has two decades of experience managing Maryland public surveying projects and contracts for MDOT SHA, MDOT Office of Real Estate, MDOT MTA, and MDTA. Paul holds a professional surveying license in MD and PA and has an AA Degree in Land Surveying and Technology.
