WM Welcomes Brian Noll

Wallace Montgomery welcomes Brian Noll, PE – Ecological Restoration and Resiliency Practice Leader.  Brian brings over 28 years of experience in ecological assessment, design, inspection, and monitoring.  He has developed and managed stream restoration, tidal and non-tidal wetland restoration, green infrastructure, and reforestation in support of project development, mitigation, MS4, TMDL and consent decree requirements. Brian graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineering license in MD, PA, VA, DE, and WV. Brian will work with our Environmental and Water Resources Departments to further develop and grow our ecological restoration and resiliency practice.
