WM Welcomes James Cutone

James Cutone brings over six years of construction inspection and project documentation management. Prior to joining Wallace Montgomery in September of 2022, James served as a Senior Construction Inspector Lead for the Fredericksburg District, where he performed CEI inspection services for approximately $259M of improvement projects consisting of the I-95 SB & NB Rappahannock River Crossing.

Prior to those mega projects, James performed CEI inspection services for the Culpeper District as a Construction Inspector for the Route 230 Bridge Replacement Projects and the Route 29/718 RCUT project, totaling approximately $5.67M. James also performed CEI inspection services on the $117M Route 29 Solutions project, where he was assigned on the Route 29 widening portion.

James provided VDOT with inspections, project documentation review, managing the materials notebook and project folder, mentoring and training fellow inspectors.
